02 | Initial Home Visit

Each project and client is distinct, so we tailor our pricing to suit the scope of work involved. To offer a comprehensive estimate aligned with your budget, we will visit your home and meet you in person. During this initial consultation, we'll delve deeper into your needs, assess the current state of your spaces, and gather measurements and notes for the project. Following this, we'll send you a detailed proposal for your consideration.

03 | Onboarding

It’s time to dive right in! We will enroll you in our online client dashboard. Consider it your go-to hub for all things related to your project, accessible anytime. Here, you'll find your contracts, proposals for furnishings and fixtures awaiting approval, invoices, as well as design concepts and drawings.

You will also have a little homework during this phase to help us narrow in on your preferences and style.

04 | Design Development

In this phase, we unleash our creativity to present you with a curated selection of possibilities, tailored to your vision for your home. We'll gather samples of actual materials, enabling you to feel the texture and see the sheen of the finishes. These tangible elements will be showcased alongside drawings and visual representations, providing a comprehensive preview of the transformation awaiting your spaces.

For our flat fee projects, we offer up to two concepts per space, along with a round of minor revisions. With our thorough processes, we're confident we've captured your taste and needs perfectly. However, if necessary, we can source additional options at an hourly rate.

05 | Documentation

We want to set up the construction team for success in this phase, so creating comprehensive documentation is paramount in our process, though it can often be the most time-consuming phase. From floorplans and elevations to construction details and exhaustive lists of finish selections, these documents capture crucial minutiae often missed without a professional interior designer. Our meticulously assembled drawing set gives your construction team the guidance needed to deliver a stunning and functional end-result.

06 | Construction

As your design partner, we collaborate closely with your tradespeople to ensure smooth progress and timely completion, minimizing disruptions. Challenges may emerge—it's the nature of renovations—but we're here to troubleshoot and overcome them, ensuring your design vision comes to life. We will make site visits for major milestones and installations and send you frequent updates on the progress of your project.

07 | Install/Styling

Now's the moment to infuse light and color into your spaces! Ideally, this phase unfolds over one or two consecutive days, though for larger projects, it may coincide with furniture arrivals. We'll coordinate closely with you to schedule the final styling of your freshly renovated home.

08 | Wrap-up

No big reveals here because you will have known almost everything that was selected for your home! However, seeing it all come together is still a magical moment.

We will arrange for a time to do a walk-through together to document any touch-ups that need to be addressed by vendors and make sure we delivered a space you will love for years to come. A packet of cleaning care and warranty information will be provided so your new items stay pristine. We also welcome feedback on how we can improve our process.
